THE PATHS OF COSMISM IN VAN GOGH’S SHOES

The article is dedicated to the memory of our dear colleague, employee and friend, permanent participant and scientific secretary of the annual International Scientific Conference «Cosmism and Organicism: Evolution and relevance», held on the basis of SPbSUE, Mironov Danila Andreevich (1977-2021). Personality and philosophical creativity of Danila Andreevich is an organic embodiment of Synthesis and cultural universalism. Working as an orthopedic doctor, teaching at a medical university, Danila found time for poetry and fiction, became a candidate of philosophical sciences, a member of the St. Petersburg Philosophical Society, worked at the philosophical and cultural center «Cairos». Inspired by the ideas of N.K. Roerich and Russian cosmism, deeply studying organicism, Danila left a worthy and very relevant philosophical and literary heritage. We will always miss his thirst for truth, sincerity, kindness, audacity… D.A. Mironov's dissertation and later book «Ethical and anthropological views of Russian physiologists of the second half of the XIX century» is a synthesis of his scientific and practical medical interests. Danila Andreevich discovered integral and cosmistic features in the ethical and anthropological views of A. A. Ukhtomsky. Danila constantly emphasized the relevance of Russian cosmism, developed ideas and principles of environmental ethics, which he thought of as an interdisciplinary science of the coevolution of man and nature, considered steps to reconcile scientific and religious discourses. Being a doctor and a philosopher, D.A. Mironov was looking after N.F. Fedorov for theoretical and practical ways to overcome death. Danila Andreevich considered the main paths and ideas of cosmism in the context of interdisciplinarity, the main positions and forms of environmental ethics, the idea of entropy of life, inter-paradigm shifts in the description of ethos, looked for forms of reconciliation of religious and scientific discourses. Danila made an attempt to consider the current course of Russian cosmism (rhythmology) from the perspective of philosophical anthropology. The rhythmological method suggests mastering time as the rhythm of the substance of the cosmos. The book by M.V. Valitskaya and D.A. Mironov «Strange People» impresses with its relevance, kindness, is the unity of poetry and prose. Currently, a book of works by D.A. Mironov «In search of Enlightenment» has been prepared.
