SCIENTIFIC AND PHILOSOPHICAL HERITAGE OF KONSTANTIN EDUARDOVICH TSIOLKOVSKY

This article will focus on one of the most important representatives of the Russian cosmonautics, without whom our country would not have become the first space power in the history of mankind, Konstantin Eduardovich Tsiolkovsky. In the introduction to the article, a brief description of the personality of K.E. Tsiolkovsky is given, as well as the motives for writing this study are indicated. The purpose of the research is the need to study the main stages of K.E. Tsiolkovsky's professional development, to systematize his advanced ideas and scientific achievements in the field of aerodynamics, aeronautics, rocket dynamics and cosmonautics, as well as the philosophical views of the scientist using a conceptual and historical-philosophical approach. The relevance of the research is quite high, because nowadays the study of outer space continues to gain momentum, and Tsiolkovsky's ideas are still actively used in space exploration and have prospects for further application. Hermeneutical methodology, as well as system-structural, comparative and comparative-historical methods were used in writing the work. The main source was the theoretical legacy of K.E. Tsiolkovsky, expressed in his scientific works on physics and philosophy and the artistic works of the scientist, as well as the works of his biographers and followers. As a result of the research, reasonable conclusions were drawn about the huge fundamental role of Tsiolkovsky's ideas in domestic and world cosmonautics, and the opinion was expressed about the expediency of further and more detailed study of the ideas of the great scientist in view of their originality and prospects. In conclusion of this scientific work, the author argues that the ideas of Konstantin Eduardovich Tsiolkovsky have been successfully used in the past, continue to be needed in the present, and also have prospects for implementation in the future.
