The article presents the text of the report of the Doctor of Philosophy, founder of the Academy of Philosophy in Ulaanbaatar Sanjaadorj Molor-Erdene, which was presented on June 27 2024 at the X International Scientific Conference "Creativity as a national element: the problem of good and evil" at St. Petersburg State University of Economics. The report analyzes the zigzags of the history of the Mongolian ethnic group and statehood, and the problem of the formation of national identity is posed with all acuteness. The author substantiates the need to develop the concept of "Khuduunism" in the context of the accumulated social experience of Mongolia itself and the peoples associated with its history. According to the Mongolian modern thinker, this concept, through philosophical reflection, is intended to promote the self-identification of the Mongolian people and the acquisition of their subjectivity in the process of historical development of mankind.
