Reforms of philosophical education are not a new task in Russian socio-political and cultural life. The article attempts to outline an appropriate methodology by which these reforms can be implemented. This methodology, in essence, is a kind of true strategy, or true ideology, long-term policy, which, we believe, should be based on theoretical, philosophical and worldview approaches. A new methodology, its improvement and an attempt to comprehend it is something important for our time in order to comprehend modern cultural, political, life-value events in the world. The reform of philosophy through the prism of the truth of each cognitive culture based on its value guidelines is a factor in a multipolar world and the implementation of the Eurasian project for the whole world, which will preserve the diversity of all peoples of the world. Methods of historical analysis, comparison, synthesis, analysis of philosophical ideas of different eras of philosophers are used. The material for this article is the culture of various peoples, modern events in the world, a special military operation, the meaning and life attitudes of society and the state, modern challenges to the traditional world and attitudes that are trying to dictate through European cognitive culture. As a result of the analysis and reflection, we come to conclusions about the practical and theoretical significance of the Eurasian project, through the establishment of a multipolar world and the understanding of all cultures that inhabit the state, and the whole world, this article will be able to bring closer to this understanding and the possibility of a new methodology through the search for truth and reforms in philosophy through cognitive culture and the meaning-position of cultures.
